What is this all about?

We understand that privacy is an important issue for our customers and visitors. This page is meant to explain which information we collect when you visit our website, and which use we make of it.

Which information we collect and how do we use it

There are two types of information that we collect from our visitors. These are:

Statistic information about your visit:    as most websites, when you navigate through our pages we collect anonymous, aggregated information about your visit, with the purpose to better understand our visitors’ interests and optimize our website accordingly. Examples of information we collect are: your country and geographical location (State, region, etc), which pages you visit and for how long, your browser and operative system, screen resolution and so on. We do not collect personal information, we have no means to (and will not) identify you personally, and we do not use this information for advertisement purposes.

Your personal information:   this data is explicitly provided to us through the Contact form when requesting additional information about our products. We require that you tick the legal disclaimer besides the “Send message”; this certifies that you have read, understood and agreed on the conditions expressed on this page. You can also contact us is by e-mail at sales@smartcoach.tech from the link provided at the bottom of our page, or by contacting our Distributors. Once again, any information you submit is done under your explicit consent and in agreement to these privacy terms and conditions. This information is used for the sole purpose of providing you with the additional information you requested; it will not be sold or transferred to third parties, nor it will be used for advertisement purposes or spamming. Occasionaly (no more than few times per year) we might send you e-mails concerning important information, events (workshops, congresses) or updates about our products. You have the right to stop these communications at anytime (see below).

How do we collect your information

The anonymous information about your visit is collected by a reliable third party service integrated in our pages, called Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics). This is done through a widely used technology called “cookies”. Cookies are small files sent by us to your computer, which can be in the form of session or persistent, and may use different technologies such as JavaScript or Flash. By visiting our website you agree to accept cookies from us. Note that you can delete cookies at anytime by deleting the browsing history from your browser and selecting the option to remove temporary internet files and cookies. You can also change the privacy settings of your browser to reject any cookie from our website (www.smartcoach.eu). This will not affect your browsing experience; simply, we will not collect anonymous information from you. Please refer to your browser’s user guide on how to do it. Your personal information is sent by you through the Contact form, by sending an e-mail to sales@smartcoach.tech, subscribing to our newsletter or contacting our Distributors.

Third-party services

We may partner with other parties to provide specific services. An example is the service that collects aggregated demographic information about your visit. We also might rely on third-party files storage companies, e.g. to host installation files and documentation of our software; this is done in an attempt to provide you with the fastest and most reliable methods to access our files.

We assure, under our own responsibility, that these third party services will not attempt to identify your personal data for advertisement purposes, spamming or any malicious activity.
